MapSamurai Purchase Agreement

1. Product Description
MapSamurai is a WordPress plugin. Upon purchase, user agrees to use the plugin solely within the confides of the licensed purchased. User agrees to not resell this plugin, or to use MapSamurai as the foundation of a different plugin with the intent to sell said plugin.

2. License Grant
Upon payment of the purchase price, Seller grants Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites permitted by the license type purchased. Each license includes 1 year of updates and basic support.

3. Delivery
Upon successful payment, Buyer will receive access to download the Software from Seller’s website or a designated platform.

4. Support and Updates
Seller may provide support and updates for the Software for a period of one year. Additional support and updates will require renewal at an additional cost.

5. Ownership & Restrictions
Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Buyer may not: a. Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Software; b. Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; c. Use the Software for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination
This Agreement shall terminate if Buyer violates any terms herein. Upon termination, Buyer must cease using the Software and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, United States of America.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. By completing the purchase, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
